FANA is an in-situ and impromptu installation/performance, a pop up and participatory art.The Japanese word for flower is HANA. Linguistics research shows that in ancient era it was pronounced as FANA. All of a sudden this new word and unusual sound brings us back to sometime far away. The flower being a transition between the beginning and the end, it was then also perceived as the link between the front and back sides of things. The beauty of flowers reminds us of the outcome, departure, or even separation.
I develop this project of series with my children who just came from the other world, they kept the memory of their existence before this world .. They arranged the flowers and i the photography them.
